Console tour
The console is where you manage the account behind the API: teams, projects, API keys, balance and settings. Day-to-day work such as renting numbers, connecting mailboxes and managing webhooks is also available through the API.
Teams and roles
Section titled “Teams and roles”The team switcher at the top picks the team you are working in. Roles decide what you can change:
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
owner |
Everything, plus payments, refunds, members and invitations, and deleting the team. |
admin |
Projects, API keys, webhooks and project settings. |
member |
Use the team’s projects: rent numbers, connect mailboxes, create MCP tokens, and view everything. |
Invite people under Team. A team always keeps at least one owner.
Overview and statistics
Section titled “Overview and statistics”Overview and Statistics show what you spent and how much you used: by service, by project and over time.
Projects
Section titled “Projects”Projects lists a team’s projects. A project has three tabs:
- API keys: create, name and revoke keys. A new key is shown in full once. The list shows when each key was last used.
- Settings: the project name, whether emails can be marked as read, the daily and monthly spend limits and the allowed return origins for mailbox connections and authorization links.
- Branding: the name, logo, description and colour of your authorization link pages, with a preview.
A project can be deleted once it has no active numbers or mailboxes. Its API keys stop working.
Numbers
Section titled “Numbers”Numbers has four tabs: My numbers (the inventory with status, type and the time left or the next renewal), Rent (temporary and monthly numbers, with live prices), Messages (the SMS your numbers received) and Device (the QR code to connect your own SIM). You can edit a number’s metadata, release it, or move it to another project of the same team.
Emails
Section titled “Emails”Emails has three tabs: Mailboxes (connect Gmail, Outlook or an address we host, and see each one’s status), Authorization links (create, copy and revoke links) and Inbox (the emails received, with attachments).
Webhooks
Section titled “Webhooks”Webhooks manages endpoints: create one, pick its events, rotate its secret, send a test event, and inspect every delivery with its payload and your server’s answer. Failed deliveries can be retried.
Billing
Section titled “Billing”Billing is for owners. Add balance, set the low balance alert, ask for a refund and browse every transaction.
MCP is where you create MCP tokens, choose the tools of each, set their spend limits and revoke them, and where you see and disconnect the clients that connected with OAuth.
Profile
Section titled “Profile”Change your name, email address and password under Profile.
